If you decide to tackle your next home improvement project yourself, Malfa Construction can help ensure it is a success. New for 2013, Malfa Construction is now offering DIY consultation services!

With a DIY consultation, owner, Rick Malfa will visit your residence and discuss your project with you. Your consultation will include:

- An overview of the steps you'll need to take to complete the project.
- Troubleshooting problems with your plan*.
- A discussion about the amount of materials you'll need.
- A written summary emailed to you after the consultation detailing what you've discussed.

While it may seem unnecessary to some DIY'ers, investing in a consultation upfront can save you time and money in the long run.

Total Investment: $150 for a two hour consultation including everything detailed above.

Follow up consultations are also available if you get into your project and uncover additional problems.

*Malfa Construction will make every effort to assist you in troubleshooting potential problems with your project, however, with any project there are many things that can't and won't be discovered until the project is underway. Therefore, Malfa Construction is not liable for any unforeseen problems that occur throughout the project.

Travel expense to and from consultations is included in the cost within a 50 mile radius of Malfa Construction's office located in Niagara Falls. Outside the 50 mile radius there is an additional $25 travel fee.
